1. The service

Jehonë operates an acoustic wildlife monitoring and forest-protection platform for Albania, comprising Sentry passive nodes, Bridge active nodes, the Ranger Android application and the web command center ("the Platform").

2. Accounts

Access to the command center requires an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended by administrators when field-safety or platform-integrity rules are violated.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• interfere with, disable or bypass node security, authentication or network protections;
• impersonate operators, rangers or administrators;
• upload harmful or malicious payloads through device commands;
• probe or exfiltrate data you are not authorized to access.

4. Field data

Detection events (species label, confidence, location, time) are stored in the cloud. Raw audio is classified on-device and is not retained by the Platform. Sensor coordinates are operationally sensitive and should be treated as restricted information.

5. Mesh network

The mesh operates peer-to-peer between nodes. Jehonë does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, message delivery or coverage across all terrain.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" for conservation and operational purposes. Jehonë is not liable for decisions made on the basis of Platform data, including law-enforcement or emergency response actions.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Jehonë may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.
